I, J. Kevin Stitt, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Sections 1 and 2 of Article VI of the Oklahoma Constitution do hereby order: Effective immediately, Executive Order 2017-38 is hereby withdrawn. This Executive Order shall be distributed to all members of the Governor's Cabinet.
