Executive Order 2019-31  
I, J. Kevin Stitt, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff immediately through Thursday, August 8, at 5:00 p.m., as a mark of respect for the victims of the tragedies in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio. Americans across the nation are united in calling upon God to bring comfort and healing to the victims, their families, and to the El Paso and Dayton communities, and justice to all those impacted by these tragic events.
This executive order shall be forwarded to the Division of Capital Assets Management who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 5th day of August, 2019.
