SECTION 210:35-31-1. Purpose

- (a) In accordance with 70 O.S. 3-104.7, the State Board of Education hereby establishes standards for onsite educational services provided in partial hospitalization programs, day treatment programs, and day hospital programs for persons between the ages of three (3) and twenty-one (21) years of age.(b) The Standards in this Subchapter shall apply to onsite educational services provided by public school districts or state accredited private schools in partial hospitalization programs, day treatment programs, and day hospital programs as defined in the law for persons between the ages of three (3) and twenty-one (21) years of age in the state.
