- (a) Counselor. School counselors shall hold a valid Oklahoma School Counselor Certificate appropriate to the grade levels to which they are assigned.(b) Library media specialist (Librarian). Library media specialists (librarian) shall hold valid Oklahoma Library Media Specialist (Librarian) Certificates.
