SECTION 252:515-23-54. Tests

(a) Routine periodic tests. The incinerator design must provide sample injection and collection ports to enable the owner/operator or the DEQ to conduct periodic tests.
(b) Demonstration. Prior to operation, the owner/operator must conduct a demonstration showing complete destruction of a chemical which requires 2000^oF for destruction and which is introduced into the unit under normal operating procedures.
