SECTION 252:515-27-4. Updating

Latest version.

(a) Unit costs. Provided they remain in effect, the unit costs and worksheets in Appendices H and I shall be updated no later than April 9, 2005, and at least every five years thereafter.
(b) Annual updates and adjustments. All references to and deadlines of "April 1 of each year" in this subchapter shall be postponed to April 9 of eachyear. Refer to 252:515-27-8(c) and 27-34(a).
