SECTION 25:30-3-4. Fees

  Pursuant to Title 3, Oklahoma Statues, Section 120.1 for construction of structures in the vicinity of public-use airports, the Commission shall charge reasonable fees for services rendered, not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). All fees shall be paid to the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission. Required fees must be paid before any action will be taken by the Commission on the matter relating thereto and before the issuance of any permit. Permit fees will not be refunded if the application for a permit is denied or withdrawn. The following fee will be charged: Application for a new permit: $200.00
