SECTION 265:1-1-4. Commission compensation

Each member of the commission, while engaged in the performance of his or her duties, shall receive mileage and per diem as provided by Chapter 17, Title 74, O.S., Laws 1965, c. 257, Section 3. Amended Laws 1972, c. 123, Section 1, emergency effective February 21, 1972. Revoked by Section 81, House Bill #1164, State Travel Reimbursement Act.
