SECTION 310:2-17-2. Definitions

- The following words or terms used in this Subchapter shall have the meaning described below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:"Commissioner" means the head of the Oklahoma State Department of Health."Department" means the Oklahoma State Department of Health."Deputy Commissioner" means the head of a Division of the Oklahoma State Department of Health"Local project" means the purpose for which an applicant requests funds under this grant program and does not cover any expenditure of funds through the competitive bidding process."Review Committee" means a committee established for the purpose of assisting with the grant application review process.
