- (1) Be informed of the allegations when an inquiry is opened;(2) Be notified in writing of the final determinations and resulting actions:(3) Be interviewed by and present evidence to the inquiry and investigation committees;(4) Review the draft inquiry and investigation reports:(5) Have the right to advice of counsel.(b) The respondent is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and cooperating with the conduct of an inquiry or investigation. If the respondent is not found to have engaged in scientific misconduct, he or she has the right to receive assistance from OSDH in restoring his or her reputation.
