SECTION 310:250-3-2. Drug operational permits

  The following are associated fees for over-the-counter wholesalers, brokers, and drug manufacturers regulated by the Drugs, Medical Devices and Cosmetics Article of the Public Health Code, Title 63 O.S. Sections 1-1119 and 1-1401 et seq. and the rules promulgated thereunder. Drug Operational Category includes any over-the-counter wholesalers, brokers and manufacturers of drugs:
(A)   Initial - $425.00
(B)   Renewal - $335.00
(C)   Late Renewal - $375.00
