SECTION 310:281-9-5. Exposure of minors

No permittee shall use or transfer any diagnostic x-ray system in such a manner as to cause any individual within a restricted area, who is under 18 years of age, to receive in any period of one calendar year from all diagnostic x-ray systems in the permittee's possession a dose in excess of 10 percent of the standards specified in the table in 310:281-9-2 (a).
