SECTION 310:667-19-6. Centralization of reports

- (a) All clinical information pertaining to a patient's stay shall be centralized in the patient's record.(b) The original of all reports shall be filed in the medical record.(c) All reports or records shall be completed and filed within a period consistent with good medical practice and not longer than thirty (30) days following discharge.(d) A report or record requiring a physician or licensed independent practitioner signature is not considered complete until signed by the physician or licensed independent practitioner.
