SECTION 310:677-13-2. Deemed to meet state certification requirements

Latest version.

  A certified medication aide shall be eligible to perform the duties of a certified medication aide for the following employers:
(1)   Nursing facility or continuum of care facility;
(2)   Specialized facility;
(3)   Residential care home;
(4)   Adult day care facility; and
(5)   Assisted living center.
