SECTION 35:1-11-3. Granting of license

Latest version.

Where the information furnished on the application for the license, or for the renewal thereof, appears to establish all the requirements for the grant thereof, and there appears no reason to question its authenticity, the Board or its division or employee authorized to issue the license or renewal may do so without hearing; and, in such event, the matter shall be treated as an individual proceeding, wherein the applicant is the petitioner, and the procedure applicable to individual proceedings thereafter shall be followed except as modified as statute or by the rules of this Title.
