SECTION 35:2-3-24. Livestock auction market and livestock dealer fees

- (a) Every application for a livestock auction market license shall be on a form prescribed by the Board. A fee of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) shall be charged and collected for the issuance or renewal of each livestock auction market license. All livestock auction market licenses expire on December 31 of each year.(b) Every application for a livestock dealer license shall be on a form prescribed by the Board. A fee of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) shall be charged and collected for the issuance or renewal of each livestock dealer license. All livestock dealer licenses expire on December 31 of each year.
