SECTION 35:20-11-7. Applications for matching grants

- (a) Forms. Forestry Services will utilize, or amend as appropriate, the forms and guidance provided by the U.S. Forest Service for this program.(b) Application procedure. Applicants complete the application for funding according to the guidelines. Completed applications are sent to the Department's contact person.(c) Application deadline. The application deadline will be established by Forestry Services, and published in the Oklahoma Register and in application materials. Applications arriving after the deadline will not be considered.
