SECTION 375:2-1-5. Pre-employment selection process

  • (a)   At the discretion of the Director or his designee, all applicants for employment with the OSBI will undergo a pre-employment selection process.
    (b)   The pre-employment screening process may consist of a review of the application, interview of the applicant, skills or knowledge testing of the applicant or other screening method required by the OSBI.
    (c)   Upon selecting an applicant for employment with the OSBI. The OSBI shall given the applicant a conditional offer of employment subject to the applicant successfully completing the balance of the selection process of the OSBI.
    (d)   Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, the applicant shall complete a Post-offer Background Questionnaire.
    (e)   Upon accepting a conditional offer of employment with the OSBI, such applicant shall also sign a written acceptance of conditional offer. The written acceptance of conditional offer shall detail the basic terms of the employment and the conditions under which the conditional offer of employment may withdrawn by the OSBI.
