SECTION 375:2-1-7. Pre-employment polygraph screening

(a) All applicants for employment who are selected for such employment and accept a conditional offer of employment shall undergo a pre-employment polygraph in order to determine his/her suitability for employment with the OSBI and to verify the truthfulness of information provided in the Pre-employment Application and the Post-Offer Background Questionnaire.
(b) Prior to undergoing such a pre-employment polygraph, each such applicant given a conditional offer of employment shall read and sign a polygraph examination consent form.
