SECTION 375:25-1-7. Application for renewal of handgun license

Latest version.

(a) A license may be renewed in the manner provided for in Title 21 O.S. 1995, Section 1290.5.
(b) No person shall have any authority to continue to carry a handgun under the authority of the Oklahoma Self Defense Act in this state when a license is allowed to expire or when a license has been suspended or revoked for any reason.
