SECTION 375:30-3-2. Training of personnel to collect DNA offender samples

Agencies authorized shall designate employees to collect and preserve DNA offender samples. All employees who are authorized to collect DNA offender samples shall receive training from the CODIS laboratory on the proper methods and procedures for the collection, handling, and preservation of DNA offender samples.
