SECTION 375:8-3-37. Open meetings filings

Latest version.

Meeting notices filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State in accordance with the Open Meeting Law (25 O.S. §301 et seq.) shall be retained in office until no longer needed for administrative purposes then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
