SECTION 375:8-7-15. Workers Compensation accident records

Latest version.

Copies of Form 2, Form 3, Form 4, Form 5, Form 6, Form 7, Form 19, and other forms filed with the Workers Compensation Court shall be retained in office in hard copy paper form until employee leaves the OSBI then transferred to Personnel Records of Regular State Employees (Inactive).
