SECTION 375:8-7-27. Internal Revenue Service levies records

Orders issued by the Internal Revenue Service requiring deductions from employee salaries for the payment of taxes owed to the federal government shall be retained in office for one (1) year after notification of payment of obligation and final release of payment of obligation then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
