SECTION 380:50-3-2. Other contractor requirements

Latest version.

  Contractors will abide by all other applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to:
(1)   Workers' compensation;
(2)   Prevailing wage rates;
(3)   Public contracts;
(4)   Liability Insurance;
(5)   EPA, OSHA, DOT, and DOL rules and regulations;
(6)   Contractors shall abide by the project design, as approved by DOL.
