SECTION 432:1-5-2. Setting or denial of hearing

Latest version.

Upon receipt of a written request for a hearing as outlined in 432:1-7-1 of this Subchapter, the Commission shall either set down the matter for hearing within sixty (60) days from the receipt of the request therefor or shall issue a written order denying hearing.
