SECTION 460:10-31-2. Objective

The objective of this Subchapter is to ensure that the general public and mine employees are protected through the safe utilization of explosives, and to ensure the proper keeping of records necessary to ensure compliance with this subchapter, this Chapter and 45 O.S.
