SECTION 460:2-35-3. When to file
Latest version.
- (a) A request for review pursuant to this Chapter shall be filed within 30 days of receipt of the copy of the Department's written order or decision.(b) Any person not served with a copy of the Department's written order or decision shall file the request for review within 40 days of the date of the issuance of the written order or decision.
