SECTION 485:10-6-4. Reports to the Board

- (a) A Board-approved APRN education program shall submit notification to the Board of changes in accreditation status, nurse administrator for the program, or institutional ownership within 30 days of the change.(b) Upon notification of loss of accreditation status, the program will be removed from the list of Board-approved APRN education programs. The program will be notified that those graduating since loss of accreditation are not eligible for licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurses in the state of Oklahoma.(c) Additions to or changes in the APRN education program that change the advanced practice role, population focus, or degree require approval of the Board prior to implementation.(d) The APRN education program shall submit reports to the Board as scheduled in the format requested by the Board, providing information on program status and performance.
