SECTION 55:10-13-10. Investigations, hearings and penalties

The Board shall investigate complaints, hold hearings, issue orders and determine penalties against entities in the same manner, procedure and with the same rights and offenses as an individual Architect, Landscape Architect or Registered Interior Designer as designated in the Rules of this Chapter.
