SECTION 55:10-13-12. Notification of changes in firm practice required

- Entities shall notify the Board office within thirty (30) days of any or all changes that affect the Certificate of Authority or Certificate of Title. Notification shall be on the Board's form, signed by an Architect or Landscape Architect of Record, Registered Interior Designer of Record, or another partner, director, officer, shareholder, principal or for a limited liability company, a manager or member of the Entity, notarized and accompanied by the fees in 55:10-3-13. Failure to properly and promptly notify the Board of these changes shall be cause for penalties, orders issued, revocation, refuse to renew or suspend of the Certificate of Authority or Certificate of Title, as designated in the Rules of this Chapter.
