SECTION 55:10-5-4. Evaluation criteria

- (a) In the Board's evaluation of education and experience credits required, the application shall be subject to the following education and training requirement standards for the applicable profession:(1) for Architects, as established by this Board based upon the current"NCARB Education Guidelines", Architect Registration Examination Guidelines and "Architectural Experience Program Guidelines", the Act, these Rules, and equivalent standards;(2) for Landscape Architects, as established by current CLARB standards, the Act, these Rules and/or equivalent standards determined by the Board.(3) for Registered Interior Designers, as established by current CIDQ standards, the Act, these Rules and/or equivalent standards determined by the Board. See OAC 55:10-5-10.(b) Rejections of applications will include evaluation reports and instructions for completing requirements.(c) The order upon which an Applicant completes education, examination, and training may, at the sole discretion of the Board, be considered to have met or not met their requirements.
