SECTION 610:25-7-8. Funding

It is the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature that the provisions of this act [70 O.S., § 626.1 et seq.] become effective only after funding for this purpose has been provided through special appropriations, or funding is otherwise provided by gifts or grants for this purpose or both.
