SECTION 710:95-11-3. General provisions

- (a) Information to be provided. The Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall provide to the Tax Commission a list of all state employees, along with social security numbers and other identifying information that may be required by the Commission. The list should be provided to the Commission not later than August 1 of each year and shall include all employees of the state as of the preceding July 1.
