SECTION 75:20-1-8. Certification renewal

Latest version.

(a)   A program participant may renew program certification by filing with the ACP the following information:
(1)   The participant's current authorization card;
(2)   A properly completed renewal application; and
(3)   A new signed authorization card.
(b)   The term of renewal shall be an additional four (4) year term.
