Editor's Note: Effective 7-1-93, the Rehabilitation Services Division of the Department of Human Services was transferred to the newly-created State Department of Rehabilitation Services. [74 O. S., Section 166.4(A)] "[T]o effectuate the transfer of the Rehabilitation Services Division . . . to the Commission for Rehabilitation Services, the Commission for Rehabilitation Services shall have the powers and duties to . . . promulgate rules for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business . . . ."
