Editor's Note: On 7-1-10, the authority for issuing rules "concerning . . . the orderly administration and implementation of the Cemetery Merchandise Trust Act" [Laws 1010, c. 58, § 14(A)] was effectively transferred from the Oklahoma Banking Commissioner to the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner. [See the Editor's Note at OAC 85:20 for additional information.] On 10-19-10, the Insurance Commissioner issued emergency rules in this Subchapter 23, and the emergency rules were later superseded by permanent rules on 7-14-11.
