SECTION 158:70-9-1. Qualifications and examination applications

Applicants for home inspection license examinations must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and every application must be accompanied by evidence of successful completion of ninety (90) credit hours of home inspection training that is approved pursuant to OAC 158:70-9-3, or its equivalent.
