SECTION 260:105-7-3. Public auction

- (a) Public sales. Sales to the public shall be made only by means of a public auction or sealed bids.(b) Payment deadline. Final payment for surplus property by the public shall be made no later than 2:00 p.m. on the date of the auction.(c) Pick up deadline. Surplus property shall be picked up after payment no later than 3:00 p.m. on the Tuesday immediately following the date of the auction.(d) Cancellation of transaction. If payment is not made or property is not picked up by the cutoff time scheduled by the agent, the sale transaction shall be canceled.
