SECTION 310:257-9-40. Mobile food establishment tank inlet

Latest version.

  A mobile food establishment's water tank inlet shall be:
(1)   19.1 mm (three-fourths (3/4) inch) in inner diameter or less; and
(2)   Provided with a hose connection of a size or type that will prevent its use for any other service.
