- (a) The rules in this Chapter implement 63 O.S. Section 1-1101 et seq. The purpose of this Chapter is to safeguard public health and provide to consumers food that is safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. This Chapter establishes definitions; sets standards for management and personnel, food operations, and equipment and facilities; and provides for food establishment plan review, license issuance, inspection, employee restriction, and license suspension.(b) These rules and regulations may be cited as the Human Foods Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations.
