SECTION 310:281-5-1. General

No person shall use, operate or cause to be operated a diagnostic x-ray system which does not have a valid facility permit issued to the owner or lessee of that system by the Oklahoma State Department of Health pursuant to Title 63 O.S. 2001, Sections 1-1501.1 through 1-1505, as amended. Only a person who is in substantial compliance with the requirements of these rules and regulations shall be entitled to receive or retain such a permit. Permits are not transferable. A valid permit shall be posted in each facility where the diagnostic x-ray system is located.
