SECTION 310:285-3-6. Toilet facilities

- (b) All toilet and bathroom areas shall have impervious floor surfaces. Carpet may be used as a covering over the impervious floor construction. When used, carpeting shall be maintained in a clean condition and in good repair. If carpeting is removed from the toilet and bath areas it shall not be replaced.(c) All toilets and/or bathrooms shall be kept clean and in good repair.(d) All lodging establishments shall provide toilet facilities and lavatories on each floor for use by guests of establishments with rooms without private toilet facilities.
