SECTION 35:1-12-10. Approval of grants

- (a) Review Committee recommendation. The Review Committee will recommend the final list of applicants to the Director for funding consideration.(b) Board approval. The Director will submit the final list of grantees and recommended amounts to the Board for consideration. The Board will review the recommendations of the Review Committee and make the final decision on grant approvals and amounts within the limits of funding available.
