SECTION 375:30-5-3. Referral of cases to outside laboratories

Latest version.

(a) The DNA laboratory may submit evidence to an outside laboratory for DNA analysis if special circumstances exist making the outside laboratory better equipped to examine the evidence.
(b) Payment arrangements for DNA analysis by outside laboratories must be made in advance by the submitting agency.
