SECTION 375:8-15-3. Self Defense Act application files

A copy of all application forms, any renewal application forms, photographs of the applicant, and fingerprints applicant provided to the OSBI pursuant to an application for a Self Defense Act License shall be retained in office while the individual's license is valid or in a period of suspension then permanently stored for perpetuity.
