SECTION 375:8-15-4. Uniform crime reporting documents

Reports from contributing agencies used by the OSBI to compile Uniform Crime Reports shall be retained until the publication of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's annual Crime in the United States report for the year covered by the reports from contributing agencies to the OSBI then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
