SECTION 390:35-7-6. Conditional license fees

- (a) All conditional license and fingerprint fees shall be non-refundable, and must accompany the license application.(b) Conditional licenses shall be issued for a period of 180 days. The fee for a conditional license is the same as the regular license.(c) The holder of a conditional license shall be issued a regular license when the following conditions have been satisfied:(1) All required training and tests have been successfully completed; and(2) The applicant's background investigation is satisfactorily completed.(d) Regular licenses so issued shall expire three (3) years from the effective date of the conditional license.
