TITLE 15. State Accrediting Agency

Chapter 1. Administrative Operations [terminated]

Note

Editor's Note: The State Accrediting Agency was sunsetted by the Oklahoma Legislature on 7-1-18 [Laws 2017, c. 293, § 1], and subsequently abolished on 7-1-19 in accordance with the Oklahoma Sunset Law [74 O.S., § 3909]. As such, the rules in this Title 15 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code have been terminated by the Editor, effective 7-1-19. Note that, in a 5-2-19 letter to the U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs, the Governor designated the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs to carry out the functions of the State Accrediting Agency as the “state approving agency referred to in the Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1952.” [See also OAC 770, Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs.]
