SECTION 310:257-15-34. Timely correction

- (a) Except as specified in (b) of this Section, a license holder shall at the time of inspection correct a priority or priority foundation violation of this Chapter and implement corrective actions for a HACCP plan provision that is not in compliance with its critical limit.(b) Considering the nature of the potential hazard involved and the complexity of the corrective action needed, the Department may agree to or specify a longer time frame, not to exceed 10 calendar days after the inspection, for the license holder to correct priority or priority foundation Code violations or HACCP plan deviations.(c) If corrections are not made according to OAC 310:257-15-34(a) and (b), then the facility is subject to enforcement action.
